HOW IT WORKS

For the member:
As a staff member, all you have to do is:

  • 1 Go to Create to set up the request
  • 2 Add in the date and time of the shift
  • 3 Choose who you want the shift notification to be sent to
  • 4 Wait until someone picks up the shift

It’s really that simple!
Once the shift exchange request is received, the administrator will approve it, and the shift will be officially covered. No more hassles, no more stress about missing your shift, and most importantly, no more canceling appointments.
